Their form submission is broken for support and they use a dumb AI chat that clearly does not know how to resolve issues. I even tried to get my chat convo with the AI agent flagged to force it to do something else but it doesnt even seem like they are monitoring at all their AI chat bot which is insane really.

I tried reserving tickets for auto pay and received a confirmation page that it worked but my personal link displayed nothing. It also said there were still tickets on eventbrite to buy when eventbrite was all sold out.

Honestly a great idea for an app but terrrible support and feedback loop. Would avoid this site if possible and use literally anything else.

Preferred solution: An apology since this absolutely sucked and was a waste of time and would like to know what steps you will take so another customer doesnt go through it again.

Tixel ripped me off $550

Have to laugh when their mission statement claims to make the company 'safe space' for ticket sellers. They sided with a buyer who scammed me, while Tixel stole my money with no recourse. Incredibly disappointing experience.

If you use their service, pray nothing goes wrong as you are likely to get screwed.

Dissatisfied with service

Concert tickets - we were re-directed to Tixel by the organisation we bought from to sell the tickets for an event that we are no longer able to attend. The parking element of the tickets sold but we wanted to sell all elements in one. We werent advised this could happen.

Would like to speak to Tixel but CANNOT find a phone no for them for love nor money.

I did contact the company. Very nice service folks.

The issue was not resolved.Tixel is a ticket reseller.

The problem is getting a text code to confirm your id. They state that it's a known issue but the matter was not rectified.
